Acer palmatum ‘Dissectum’ is quite slow-growing, but can grow up to three metres high and four metres wide over the years.

Centre trunk and main branches picturesquely curved, the branches spread out in an umbrella shape and arch overhanging

In May and June, small purple-coloured flowers, arranged in pretty clusters
