Habit
Broad large shrub or small tree, 3-4 m tall and wide, seldom larger; compact and bushy, upright, very slow-growing; 10-15 cm a year

Pale yellow or whitish; May to June
Leaves
Round, seven to eleven-lobed, some 10 cm in size; shoots initially bright yellow, later bright yellowish green; dense foliage, yellow or orange yellow in autumn
