Lorenz von Ehren-Group strengthens management

On 1 April 2022, Sabine Tietz will join the management of the Lorenz von Ehren nursery.

Already in October 2021, Sabine Tietz took over the management of the exclusive Garten von Ehren garden centre and von Ehren E-commerce.
In the course of the coming months, Sabine Tietz will familiarise herself with the tasks and work processes of the Lorenz von Ehren nursery in order to take over responsibility from the previous managing director, Konrad Parloh, at the end of the year. He will then say goodbye for his well-deserved retirement.

Sabine Tietz, a graduate in business administration, learned retail “from the bottom up” within the Ottogroup and worked there in various departments and functions, including as managing director of LASCANA, a lingerie and swimwear brand. Most recently, she was responsible for the plus-size brand sheego as managing director at Schwab Versand, before moving to EDEKA in 2017, where she was responsible as managing director for the development of “BUDNI Handels- und Servicegesellschaft”, the joint venture between EDEKA and BUDNI, the number 4 in the German pharmacy market. Sabine Tietz is the mother of two children.
